submitting a backupjob to Oracle 10g on SLES9

Hi all,
I'm trying to configure a backup on a SLES9 and 10.1.0.3  installation

I always get this errormessage when submiting the job:

I tried different options of backups and even e simple sql-script job
fails  a similar error

has anyone had similar problems or an idea what I can do?
